Says its CEO Rohan Ajila, 33: "We realised that we can't succeed with just an online presence. The SMEs (Small & medium Enterprises) need a lot of handholding while doing a pure e-Commerce transaction." brick-enablers A lot will hinge on the VCs. The Net was supposed to be the entrepreneur's dream come true. With limited means, this was the tool that could turn ideas into gold. If a digi-brick strategy becomes the preferred route, more money will be needed. Explains indiamarkets' Ajila: "Most don't have the kind of money brick 'n' mortar investments need. In many cases, it would mean the VCs needs to commit more to the project." |
