The highlight of our infrastructure is the facility of a 85 inches Corrugating Machine hence giving us the capability of manufacturing large size boxes. The details of other machines available with us are:

• Corrugation: (a) 42 inches, (b) 52 inches & (c) 88 inches
• Pasting: 74 inches & 120 inches
• Punching: 23 inches x 36 inches; 40 inches x 54 inches; 150 inches x 65 inches

We also have our in-house printing facilities for Block, Screen Flexographic and Multicoloured Offset Printing.

Quality Control:
o ensure conformity with customers` specifications, both the incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products at our industry undergo rigorous Quality Inspections from various angels.

For this very purpose, we have an established Quality Control Department, which is equipped with the latest Quality Testing Equipment. Besides, the on-line, random checking of the boxes under production is the speciality of our inspections. At every stage, we ensure that the customers` specifications are adhered to in totality.

Transportation:
To ensure safe, quick and timely dispatch of finished materials, we have a fleet of fully enclosed transports, so that the sunlight and monsoon effects have minimum impact on our boxes during transit.

Conversion Capacity:
Our total conversion capacity is to the tune of 600 tons per month, a rarity in the industry. We also have provisions for running extra shifts, if required, to cope up with the growing requirements of the customers.
