Cheraag Fabrication Pvt. Ltd. has expertise in manufacturing of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Appliances where the products manufactured are the Deep Freezers, Beverage Coolers, Water Coolers, Ice Cream Display Cabinets, Window & Split Air Conditioners along with custom built refrigeration equipments used solely by butyl tube manufacturing industries.

The above-mentioned machineries are fabricated out of CACR Sheets & Stucco Aluminum for the inner cabinets. The tops & doors are fabricated out Fiber Glass Sheet Material with its monogram ``Cheraag`` embedded on it. The outer body is completely powder coated with a very special `scratch proof` powder coating paint. These machines are fixed with nylon castor wheels, which are detachable as & when required.

The insulation used for these machines is Polyurethane injected Foam (PUF), which does not destruct the ozone layer of the atmosphere. The electricity factor is also the least when compared to any other machines because we use Electrolux / BPL Sanyo compressors for low electricity consumption. The thickness of the Polyurethane insulation is 7.6 cms constant.

The internal tubing used for the system is purely Copper (Cu) & not copper coated on steel as used in the modern times by Multi National Companies (MNC`s) & those used by other large scale manufacturers.

We also manufacture cabinets, which would assure you a temperature of minus 40 degrees centigrade on special orders only. The insulation used for these cabinets is 10cms & it retains temperature without electricity supply for 12-18 hours upto minus 5 degree centigrade.

We also manufacture Ghlycol Cabinets, which retains temperature for 24 hours without affecting any food products, & its safety is guaranteed upto 24 hours on every run of 12 hours.

Regarding deluxe models, the same we manufacture out of Stainless Steel (SS) to the customers choice, for e.g. only inner cabinets, only outer cabinets or both inner & outer cabinets.
