Muhamed Muneer has extensive marketing and management experience across the Indian subcontinent and Middle East. He has worked or been associated with such global brands as Ford, GM, GE, Sony, Brother, Unilever, Lintas, Saatchi, Mazda, Saab and several others. An engineer and an MBA, Muhamed's areas of expertise include strategic marketing, brand management and marketing communication. He is currently specialising in marketing strategies for small and medium businesses, and writing, lecturing, consulting and advising several SMEs in the areas of marketing, corporate image building and internet branding strategies. He also represents a US based multinational in 16 countries in the region for propagating a new mantra: Marketing of Nations. Here, he is working closely with leaders of nations and the Ministry of Tourism. Muhamed Muneer also consults for a variety of companies and businesses in India and the Middle East. The industries he has worked with include FMCG, white goods, services and automobiles. He works closely with a prominent American guru on new product development in using his patented tool in this part of the world. This tool, used by 60% of Fortune 500 companies, including Levers and P&G, is very useful in minimising new product failures.
